The best ISA’s know the real estate industry & will represent you through your social media sites while providing value.
Their conversion is your conversion, so they will do everything they can to get your leads to convert to closings. Keep this in mind when hiring an ISA, they are like a part of your team & should be included in all wins/losses. Communication with your ISA is essential! When they feel like you’re friends, they’ll care a lot more about helping you succeed.
They adapt their follow up plan based on the lead type & level of engagement. Many ISA’s think that the more you call the more success you’ll have. While that can be true for some leads, there are ISA’s out there that know how to follow up without being pushy or salesy.
